Get the whole picture! The addition of Screen Recording to your NexLog systyem will give you more ammunition to improve agent performance and to more accurately re-create all of the factors in an incident.
Eventide's NexLog Screen Recording capability will round out your quality assurance program and/or provide you with increased information for liability protection. When used in conjunction with Eventide's Quality Factor interaction scoring software, NexLog Screen Recording allows you to review and evaluate a call taker's CAD and mapping skills in addition to their verbal call-handling and dispatch skills.
By recording the screens of Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) and other applications on a full-time basis, you will gain an enhanced record of events that can be pulled-up whenever an incident needs to be reconstructed.
Using Eventide's MediaWorks PLUS browser-based incident replay software, the resulting screen recordings and associated voice recordings are synchronously presented for playback. The visual information available during screen replay can help you to better understand how, when, and what types of resources were deployed in response to an incident.
Eventide NexLog Screen Recording is VNC-based, and is available for use on Windows-based workstations (Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8). Eventide also offers Linux workstation screen recording on a custom engineering/development project basis.
