Support Forums

Consult with Eventide support and share advice with other Eventide users in the Support Forums. Support department staff as well as Eventide employees from other departments regularly monitor and respond to posts on the Eventide Forums - even on nights and weekends. The Support Forums are often the most expedient means of getting answers to questions, especially after regular business hours.

Contacting Eventide Support

Our support department can be contacted by telephone, email, or our Support Forums.

  • Email. Inquiries can be emailed to support@eventide.com
  • Telephone. The Support Department can be reached by telephone at (201) 641-1200 from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Support Forum. The Support Forums are often the fastest means of getting questions answered, especially after-hours.

Repairs

We are only able to repair Eventide products listed below. Unfortunately, parts obsolescence prevents us from repairing any products not listed.

The flat rate prices are for "normal" failures and include parts and labor. Units subject to unusual conditions (lightning, fire, mechanical damage) or requiring extensive repair (e.g., mother board replacement) will cost more if they can be repaired at all. The rates below include normal “ground” return shipping within the continental United States. Shipping to Eventide must be prepaid, and return shipments outside of the United States will incur additional charges.

Before shipping your product to Eventide for repair, you must contact our Support department for an RMA number. Packages without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the box will be refused. RMA Numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
