This position is for an experienced Technical Product Manager for Eventide's voice data recorder family of communications products. Candidate will have experience with telecom solutions (PBX, VOIP and CTI) and have a comprehensive understanding of product and project management practices. Qualifications:
- Develop business requirements, functional requirements and user design specifications for new product development.
- Develop and execute market development plans.
- Drive product requirements into the product development effort.
- Work closely with technical team ( developers, architects, testers) through all phases of project life cycle.
- Work closely with sales organization to develop product roadmap.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs.
- Help to support sales and production by fielding questions and issues on existing and new functionality.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Technical Product Management experience.
- Proven knowledge of the communications industry.
- Proven track record of defining and bringing products to market.
- Experience in ongoing management of existing product lines.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
