Customer Support Project Manager 
Eventide Inc seeks a dedicated, hard-working, hands-on customer support specialist for its Communications products sales support team.

You will act as an advocate within Eventide for the customer's needs, and as Eventide's advocate with the customers and dealers. You will be managing the support process including all ongoing support issues:
- gathering requirements
- site surveys
- installations
- troubleshooting
- reporting

Requirements:
- Logical/ Problem solving, etc.
- Ability to manage several ongoing projects
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Familiarity / Fluency with Linux and the Linux command line (bash, vi, grep, etc)
- Familiarity with Linux scripting esp. (Python is a bonus)
- Familiarity with Telecom technologies such as VoIP, T1/E1, PBX, CTI, etc
